NORTH SHORE MANUSCRIPT COMPANY was established in 1989, a hobby turned enterprise. Susan Hoffman owner and proprietor
built the company based on a love of history and a desire to share her intriguing hobby. Her goal is to offer a fine selection of
quality autograph material. Each piece is one, as a collector, Ms. Hoffman would want as her own. Every item offered for sale is
examined and must be, in her expert opinion authentic, before it is offered for sale. Collectors can feel confident in their
acquisitions from NSMC. Our goal is to offer quality autograph material at competitive prices. Ms. Hoffman has been instrumental in the development of the Professional Autograph Dealers Association, an organization dedicated to ethical conduct and professionalism in the autograph field. She has served on its board of directors and continues to be an active participant. NSMC is associated with organizations such as PADA (Professional Autograph Dealers Association) and ABAA (Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America), whose membership standing is contingent upon a dealers reputation and ethical practices. It is NSMC's goal to make collecting an enjoyable and rewarding hobby. Our intent is to continue an established tradition of professionalism, integrity and service to our clients.
