President Coolidge writes to Senator Lenroot, "I have received your letter of February 18th enclosing communication to you from Reverend H.H. Lumphin...of Madison Wisconsin and Col. J.W. Jackson of Madison Wisconsin in reference to the reappointment of Judge. C.H. Clegg of Fairbanks, Alaska, I shall be glad to give consideration to what they say on behalf of Judge Clegg.
